I've had the great pleasure in working with 360 on two different occasions. One is when my Realtor Jason M. Miller used them to photograph my listing and the second was recently when I needed the highest quality pictures of a Tiny House project.
Now, I'm a pretty good PHONE-tographer. I can set up a shot with my cell phone and make it look passable BUT... the quality and care given by the 360 team is absolutely unobtainable with pocket cameras.
When the pictures of my house came back I was blown away by the way my house looked. It was picture perfect. Our home sold quickly and I'm positive that a large reason is the listing photos themselves. They really drew you in and made our 1928 craftsman style house look like a magazine ad.
I am a tiny house builder and we just finished a beautiful home. We needed to get some amazing shots so I called the only team I could count on to shoot the photos. Lynette came out to the staging of the house and immediately understood the uniqueness of the tiny house. She asked just a few questions to make sure we were on the same page and then she did her thing!
She sent the photos back and again they are EXACTLY what I was dreaming of. Perfect photos.
